Fundraising
Not only do our projects benefit from your fundraising efforts, but you will also gain something too. Whether it be challenging your personal fitness through a sponsored sport event, taking on an experience of a life time through a charity challenge, gaining skills and experience in hosting your own event or watching your smalls group initiative develop and grow over time.
Sponsored Events
Village Aid can support you in doing your own sponsored event, whether it's a sky dive, sponsored silence or shaving your head. You can set up your own fundraising page online and get started straight away. If you would like more information, please get in touch with james@villageaid.org
Organising an Event
Fancy doing an event of your own? Why not hold a fancy dress party, charity quiz night or cake sale? These events can be as big or as small as you want them to be, from your front room to your local pub or club. You will get support and advice from Village Aid as well as some marketing materials to help you with your event. Get in touch james@villageaid.org with your ideas and event details.
Group Initiatives
Are you a group of people who want to make a significant difference in the lives of the most marginalised in West Africa? We have projects ranging from £2000-£5000, including water supply projects in Cameroon, bee-keeping in Ghana and supporting an orphanage in Sierra Leone. You will get regular updates and photos of the project you are supporting, so you know your money is being spent effectively. For more information on how to get involved, contact info@villageaid.org
